Lifting Hook Through-Type Shot Blasting Cleaning Equipment

This lifting hook through-type shot blasting machine is designed for surface cleaning and shot peening strengthening of medium & large castings, forgings and steel structural components, widely applicable to machinery manufacturing, pressure vessel, automobile, shipbuilding, construction and motor manufacturing industries.

It optimizes the surface finish and processing condition of workpiece parts. For hangable large workpieces, two electric hoists lift and convey workpieces through the blasting chamber for full shot blasting treatment.

Multiple blast wheels are arranged via computer simulation to achieve thorough cleaning on every surface of workpieces, efficiently removing rust, corrosion, aged paint and other contaminants.
