Product Overview

The roller conveyor pass-through shot blasting machine enables continuous non-stop operation. It performs continuous descaling, surface cleaning and pretreatment for various steel materials including steel plates, steel sections, steel beams, profiles, steel pipes and steel castings.

During operation, the speed-adjustable feeding roller conveyor transports steel structural parts or steel materials into the blasting zone inside the machine cabinet. All surfaces of workpieces are struck and abraded intensively by high-speed shots from multiple directions, which efficiently removes oxide scales, rust layers and contaminants to form a clean surface with controlled roughness. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded via roller conveyors at both inlet and outlet outside the blasting chamber. Shots and dust attached to workpieces are separated by the air blowing system, and purified shots are recycled for repeated blasting use. Dust generated in the blasting process is extracted to the dust removal system through ventilation ducts, and purified clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
