Working Principle
Steel strips are manually uncoiled, clamped and conveyed to the blast wheel station, then rolled continuously through the shot blasting chamber. High-efficiency cantilever centrifugal blast wheels accelerate steel shots at high speed to impact and strip rust, oxide scales and surface contaminants.
Subsequent steel brushing and air suction systems remove residual dust and fines. The overall treatment boosts the strip’s corrosion resistance and fatigue strength, extends service life and optimizes surface conditions for downstream processing. The unit supports standalone operation or multi-unit grouped deployment.
