Braced-Chain Suspension Through-Type Shot Blasting Cleaning Equipment

1. Continuous Type

Workpieces are hung on hoist chain hooks and pass through the shot blasting chamber continuously along a circular path at a constant speed. Inside the chamber, workpieces rotate while advancing, receiving comprehensive surface cleaning driven by the rotary mechanism.

2. Marching (Step-by-Step) Type

Workpieces are hooked and grouped (typically 2–3 hooks per group). The quantity of hook groups is customized based on customer production rhythm and overall production line length.

Working cycle sequence: Loading → Waiting → Rotary shot blasting → Waiting → Unloading → Waiting → Repeated cyclic loading.

3. Accumulation & Release Type

Empty trolleys standby at the fixed loading station; the stopper automatically releases a trolley once workpiece loading finishes.

Trolleys enter a buffer waiting zone before entering the blasting chamber, while already grouped trolleys inside the chamber complete blasting processing. When chamber trolleys finish blasting and exit, the waiting-zone stopper automatically releases the next batch into the chamber for treatment, with a new batch queuing in buffer. After cleaning, trolleys move to the unloading buffer area for automatic discharge, and the full cycle repeats continuously.
