Working Principle

Steel plates or structural workpieces are fed into the line through the loading conveyor. They first pass through the preheating zone to reduce moisture and improve surface temperature. The workpieces then enter the shot blasting chamber, where high-speed steel shot removes rust, mill scale, and contaminants from the surface.

After blasting, the workpieces go through a cleaning and drying process before entering the automatic painting station. The entire process is controlled and monitored by an electrical system, ensuring stable quality, high throughput, and consistent surface treatment results.
